There were several different versions of these N64 Development Flash cartridges released to developers. Each PCBA model# had their own specific combination of Flash/RAM memory sizes. Many are shown further below.

NOTE:
Regarding the cartridge Shell top decal “NUS-8F16F” you will notice this does not match the model number indicated on the circuit board silkscreen “NUS-8F16FB“. It’s possible this is simply a decal typo, however it may indicate specifics on how the game uses the onboard memory. Again we are not sure, and this is just speculation.

Regarding the cartridge Shell top decal “NUS-8F16F” you will notice this does not match the model number indicated on the circuit board silkscreen “NUS-8F16FB“. Also make note of the decal inscription “128M16K”. This was understood to indicate the cartridge FLASH memory capacity (128M) followed by the amount of SRAM installed (16K). However, this cartridge uses the same SRAM memory chip as a 256K cartridge. So these decal differences may simply be a typo, however it may indicate specifics on how the game uses the onboard memory. In this case the game loaded on the cartridge may only be using 16K of the available 256K SRAM. However again, we are not sure on this, and is just speculation at this point.
